Letters From Santa

Santa wants to help your local Optimist Club with their efforts to improve your community and communities all over the world. Fill out and return this form by December 2nd in order to give Santa time to personalize and mail the letters.

Fishing Derby

Free Fishing Derby held every year on the Saturday in May, at the Searcy Lake. For all ages 4-15. Free hotdogs & drinks. A kids casting contest will be held at 8am with prizes in two age categories (4-7) (8-15). The Fishing Derby starts at 9am. Awards will be given in three age groups (4-6) (7-11) (12-15) for biggest fish! All contestants need to bring their own tackle and bait. There will be a drawing for a bicycle in each age group. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN! Everyone wins!
